ACCOUNT ALERT

Notifies you when your account needs attention. This may happen if your Retell agent is on trial, expired, cancelled, or inactive.

# OF NEW CALLS

Shows the total number of unread calls.

# OF PINNED CALLS

Shows the number of calls you’ve pinned. Pinned calls are important calls you want to review later or keep for future reference.
