    Using your bizzi™ AI Agent

    To let bizzi™ answer your calls, you will need to set up call forwarding.

    Unconditional Call Forwarding

    • Forwards all calls without ringing your phone.

    Conditional Call Forwarding

    • Forwards missed calls(when you dont pick up)
    • When the phone is busy
    • When unreachable only(when outside the coverage area)

    Iphone users important!~

    Live voicemail can affect conditional call forwarding and should be turned off.

    Turning off Live Voicemail

    • OPEN Settings
    • TAP Apps
    • TAP Phone
    • TAP Live voicemail
    • TOGGLE TO OFF

    or

    • OPEN Settings

    • TYPE "live voicemail"
    • TAP FROM RESULTS

    then toggle to OFF position.

    How it works

    With bizzi™ AI, you don’t need to change your main business number. By activating conditional call forwarding, any missed calls are automatically routed to your bizzi™ AI Agent. Once enabled, bizzi™ answers those calls, responds to questions, and collects customer details on your behalf. You’ll then receive a notification with a full summary of each call.

    To set up conditional call forwarding, follow the carrier-specific instructions below or contact your provider for assistance.

    AT&T

    Steps to set up conditional call forwarding on an AT&T cell phone: 

    1. Dial 004
    2. Enter 10-digit bizzi™ agent number.
    3. Press *11#
    4. Press Call
    5. Listen for a success message from AT&T

    Steps to set up conditional call forwarding on an AT&T landline: 

    1. Dial *92
    2. Enter the new phone number
    3. Press # to activate call forwarding

    How to disable conditional call forwarding

    To disable conditional call forwarding on an AT&T phone, you can dial *93#.

    T-Mobile

    Shared setup instructions amongst T-Mobile and MVNOs like Metro, Mint, and Ultra.

    Conditional Forwarding:
    Set each one up separately:

    • If busy: **67*[bizzi AI Number]#
    • If no answer: **61*[bizzi AI Number]#
    • If unreachable: **62*[bizzi AI Number]#

    To Disable Forwarding:

    • Disable all forwarding configuration: ##21#
    • Disable busy forwarding: ##67#
    • Disable no answer forwarding: ##61#
    • Disable unreachable forwarding: ##62#

    Optimum

    VIA THE ONLINE PORTAL

    1. Log in to the Optimum Voice Homepage.
    2. Go to the Features menu and click on Call Forwarding.
    3. Click the ON dial button to enable the feature.
    4. Under Advanced options, activate "when the Line is Busy" and/or "when the Line is Not Answered".
    5. Enter the number you want to forward calls to and click Submit. 

    VIA PHONE CODES

    • To activate "Call Forwarding Always": Dial *72, listen for the dial tone, then dial the forwarding number.
    • To deactivate "Call Forwarding Always": Dial *73 and wait for confirmation beeps.
    • To activate "Call Forwarding Busy": Dial *90 and follow the voice prompts.
    • To deactivate "Call Forwarding Busy": Dial *91.
    • To activate "Call Forwarding No Answer": Dial *92 and follow the voice prompts, which may include choosing the number of rings before forwarding.
    • To deactivate "Call Forwarding No Answer": Dial *93. 

    MINT

    📞 Unconditional Forwarding (all calls)

    Forwards every call directly to your chosen number.

    1. Open your phone’s dialer.
    2. Enter: **21*[Forwarding Number]#
      For Example: **21*1234567890#
    3. Press Call to activate.

    ⚙️ Conditional Forwarding (choose one or more)

    Forwards calls only under specific conditions. Set each one up separately:

    • If line is busy → **67*[Forwarding Number]#
    • If there’s no answer → **61*[Forwarding Number]#
    • If phone is unreachable (off / no signal) → **62*[Forwarding Number]#

    👉 Enter the code in your dialer, then press Call to confirm.

    ⛔ Disable Call Forwarding

    Use these codes to turn off forwarding:

    • Stop all forwarding → ##21#
    • Stop busy forwarding → ##67#
    • Stop no-answer forwarding → ##61#
    • Stop unreachable forwarding → ##62#

    Xfinity Mobile

    Turn on call forwarding

    There are two styles of call forwarding.

    • You can have all calls automatically forward to another number, without your mobile device ringing first.
    • You can have call forwarding ring on your mobile device first and only go to another number if you don’t answer the call on your mobile device.

    Here are the steps:

    1. On your Xfinity Mobile device:Dial *72 if you want all calls to automatically forward. Dial *71 if you only want unanswered calls to forward.
    2. Dial the phone number (including area code) where you want your calls to be forwarded. For example, you'd dial *72-111-222-3333.
    3. Press the Call button and wait for a confirmation tone and message.
    4. End the call.

    Things to remember with call forwarding

    • For security reasons, call forwarding can only be turned on from your Xfinity Mobile device. You cannot turn it on from another phone or a computer.
    • If the device is lost or damaged, then a new device should be placed on the line instead of setting up call forwarding.
    • Calls cannot be forwarded to international numbers, only domestic numbers, including toll-free numbers.
    • If call forwarding is turned on, unanswered calls will not be sent to your mobile voicemail.
    • Call forwarding does not affect text messages. They will still come through as normal on your mobile device.

    Turn off call forwarding

    1. On your Xfinity Mobile device, dial *73.
    2. Press the Call button and wait for a confirmation tone.
    3. End the call.

    If your callers are getting a busy signal

    If you forwarded your calls and people are telling you they’re getting a busy signal, check and make sure the call was forwarded to the correct number. It’s easy to mistype!

    To make sure call forwarding was set up right:

    1. On your Xfinity Mobile device, dial *73.
    2. Press the Call button and wait for a confirmation tone or message. The call should end automatically once done.
    3. Dial *72 if you want all calls to automatically forward. Dial *71 if you only want unanswered calls to forward.
    4. Dial the phone number (including area code) where you want your calls to be forwarded.
    5. Press the Call button and wait for a confirmation tone or message.
    6. End the call.
